Parents ARE required to check in their child(ren) online before going to Sunday School.
There are two kiosk locations with iPad stations located on the 1st floor of Education Building. Look for the "KFUMC Kidz Check In" Banners. It is important to check your child in by searching the PARENTS NAME not the child's name.
- Type in last name. Click on PARENTS NAME to bring up the list of everyone in your household. Then click on the child's name to check them into a group. This step is important for reporting purposes as it lets us know which parent/guardian is checking the child in.
- For grades pre-k through 4th grade: You will receive a name tag with the child's name and a guardian receipt label. The child must wear the nametag as their passport into the classroom. The parent will keep the guardian receipt label to present to the Sunday School teacher upon pick up in order for the child to be released to you.
- For 5th & 6th graders: You will receive a name tag with the child's name. The child must wear the nametag as their passport into the classroom. There is an option for 5th & 6th graders to be self-released if the attached self-release form is completed and turned into the teacher. Otherwise the child will remain in the class until parents/guardian picks them up. Please print & complete the attached form and bring it in to the teacher if you would like your child to be self-released. We will also have forms available in the classroom.
Thank you for your assistance with this new security check in system. Your child's safety is our top priority! If you need assistance, please visit the Welcome Center located at the main entrance of the Education Building.
